 Has beef chuck, cut up for stew. Into the crockpot with canned all-natural tomatoes, then fresh chopped carrots, onion, small amount of celery, garlic, and cumin, sea salt, pepper. All of the juices you see are just a combo of that from the meat and veggies. No water or broth added. It cooked low and slow for about 12 hours.
